So not that long ago, I was drinking 3 large mugs of coffee before noon, and a cup around 1 PM. After looking at your graph I see how that was probably still in the system well after supper time.
It's been weeks since I've had any coffee now, not missing it at all.

If it’s the North American drip style coffee 3 large mugs would have a decent amount of caffeine for sure.
